Acid Resistant Tiles that Kothari Corrosion Controllers manufactures are of top-standard yet affordable. We use ferrous-free clay and process the same at a very high temperature, which leads to the proper fusion of the raw materials. The compact mass that forms has a relatively low water absorption capacity, and this enhances the flexural strength of the final body.

However, our expertise & experience suggests that Larger Tiles break faster in running plant conditions than smaller tiles. Depends on case to case and condition of Handling.

Acid proof tiles are one of the most effective anti-corrosive flooring solutions for industrial plants. Our acid and alkali proof tiles protect floors and surfaces that are exposed to acids, alkalis and solvents. We manufacture acid resistant tiles in thicknesses of 10, 12, 15, 20 and 25 mm, and in sizes ranging from 300×300 mm to 200×100 mm. Each tile offers very low water absorption (under 0.5%) and high strength, conforming to IS 4860 (Class-I) standards. With large, continuous production capacity, we maintain ready stock for prompt supply.
